Students study a wide range of courses in keeping with the National Curriculum and the School’s Curriculum Policy. Here at All Saints, Religious Education is part of the core curriculum for all.
In Year 9 students are given the opportunity to start a two-year GCSE course in a selected subject.
In Year 10, students will begin a number of GCSE courses. These include the core subjects of Religious Education, English, Maths and a range of Science subjects. Students are able to choose up to four additional GCSE subjects. All students also participate in Physical Education as part of their core curriculum from Year 7 to 11 inclusive.
These provide a sound basis for subjects offered at ‘A’ Level including Russell Group subjects, three modern foreign languages, practical, performance and applied courses. The actual range of courses taught at GCSE and ‘A’ level is dependent upon student choice.
